What We Do
City Gate exists to release the Kingdom of God through prayer, serving and training.
We build lasting relationships that intentionally engage individuals and organizations to represent Jesus Christ and demonstrate the transforming power of His gospel.
Day by day we make disciples, equip believers, and serve our communities with prayer and justice.
Activating The Gospel
What It Looks Like
Pray
All of our prayer rooms operate on a 24/7 basis, meaning they are open 24/7 but we need key holders or gatekeepers to be present. We offer a place for prayer and worship, sometimes it’s quiet or sometimes it’s with a team.
Serve
We gather all those who come into the prayer room, and offer a biblically-based teaching and encouragement, then offer a free lunch served by various teams. You can get involved by filling out an application and meeting with us to share your vision.
Train
We train by running 4 schools a year to support our vision for training- School of Prayer in February, School of Evangelism in May, School of Worship in August, and School of Leadership in November. Location and times are sent out and posted on social media, or through email.
